The location is beautiful , at a river and 10 minutes by car from the park entrance. The tents are cosy, clean and with a beautiful porch. The staff is superfriendly and very concerned to meet all their guests needs, always providing fresh water and petrol lights for the night. The boat trip and the night walk they offer for free were very informative snd interesting. The food was amazing and served in s gorgeous atmosphere under the palm trees, surrounded by fires an torches. The 12 hour safari they arranged for us was perfectly organized, with breakfast and lunch they prepared for us. Thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience while staying with you.

A beautiful place set in a stunning setting, simple rooms but everything you need. I loved floating in the river watching the birds and sitting by the river listening to the birds. Also the breakfast and dinner were really great. We saw a lot of animals at the safari park. The hotel driver Janaka is a very knowledgeable guide. Although many jeeps were speeding, the driver Janaka managed to get out of the way and go deep into the jungle to see the animals freely. They were very good at providing a perfect safari with perfect service.

Really enjoyed our too short stay here. It is a bit off the beaten track but the nature and the scenery make up for it. Our morning safari was awe inspiring. The tents are comfortable, the food excellent and the staff could not care for you any better.

The decor was funky and stylish Rooms are well equipped and thought through with safes, tv, bath and shower, long dressing table, large comfortable beds with mossie nets and plenty of sockets. Veranda for each room overlooking the pool Pool was big and nicely landscaped The food menu offered a good varied choice, and the food itself was really tasty Nothing was too much trouble for the staff There is a viewing platform near the river to listen or watch the wildlife, especially monkeys We booked our safari through the hotel. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient. He spied wildlife that other guides drove straight passed. The hotel drove our hot lunch into the reserve to meet our safari vehicle

The athgira was a beautiful centre to go from out safari from. The staff were so extraordinar y kind and attentive. We had got engaged 2 days before and they had arranged a suprise afternoon tea gardens followed by an exclusive rose petal and candle filled engagement dinner. We love how much of a team they are and got to know them all. Special thanks to chalani, kithamini, Chanuka, kansaka and hinusha. Couldn't recommend more

The food was great and their dining area is really calm and quiet. You can sit and enjoy your meal. The friendly staff always support their guests. The Mahoora tent is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the living area is big enough. Jeep safari is done by a well-trained safari driver.

It is a great experience to stay at coconut camp. It is surrounded by nature and you can fall asleep to the sound of a little stream running just in front of your tent. The tents are very clean and luxurious but the best thing about the place is really the great hospitality - I can warmly recommend to have dinner there, it is a very special experience and so delicious! Also breakfast is really outstanding and I enjoyed my Safari with Sanda a lot. I saw a lot of Elephants and I am grateful he recommended me to stay one more night to be able to do Safari in the evening time (cause the the elephants go to get water and you can see more of them) and visit the Elephant Orphanage in the morning - that was such a beautiful experience! I felt very well taken care of and warmly welcomed, I am very grateful I stayed there and I can only recommend to go for this experience!
