We loved every bit of it. In hindsight, we probably should've stayed a bit longer than only the 2 nights we did. As you would expect, it is simplistic, but that is also the appeal. They build these houses themselves, showers, and kitchen themselves! It is a great opportunity to really connect with locals in a non-touristy area. Cianjur is easily reachable through shuttle buses from Jakarta, Bandung and Bogor, bookable through Traveloka.

We had amazing food everyday, communication was excellent. They provided us with a guide for a walk and a visit to a local cafe.
