Our recent stay at Taj Usha Kiran Palace was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. The team's thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident right from the start. We were pleasantly surprised when they graciously upgraded our room to a ground-floor haven, which made things incredibly convenient for my elderly father. Their assistance with a wheelchair was not only appreciated but showcased a level of service that sets Taj Usha Kiran Palace apart. A special shoutout to Mr. Bhavesh, who took it upon himself to arrange a delightful walk for my father. His commitment and dedication to ensuring our utmost comfort were truly commendable. Ms. Aarushi's personal touch in organizing a drawing and coloring activity for our kid added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The culinary delights served were a feast for the senses - the food and tea were beyond delicious. Our rooms were not just accommodations; they were cocoons of comfort, with beds so cozy that every night was a restful retreat. Ms. Riya, always at our beck and call, ensured that our requests were promptly and efficiently taken care of. The ambiance of the palace is nothing short of regal. With two temples within the premises, the atmosphere exuded peace and spirituality, making us feel like Maharajas in our own right. To top it off, the horse cart riding experience for our son was an absolute delight, adding an extra layer of joy to our stay. Service, location, amenities, jungle safari

The location of the Home stay it was excellent

It was a great experience staying in La Selva Resort. Highly recommend! Food was delicious, fresh and just like home cooked, cant get over with the taste wile writing the feedback, Menu was vast and didn't get the repeated items in breakfast, lunch & dinners. Services were quick and restaurant staff were attentive and took the special care while eating on table. The restaurant manager was super helpful and managed to get us a pastry at midnight for anniversary celebration. Rooms were clean & well maintained, washrooms are spacious and smells good. Room services were quick and they listen and act accordingly. Safari booking was easy and Hussle free and reasonable price. They made sure that we get the best Zone in Tiger Reserve and we were able to spot tigers in both the safaris. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel and trust me when i say this as i have stayed in numerous hotels but this has given me homely feeling. Kudos to the entire team. Will surely come back soon !!!!
