I stayed 2 days in the second week of May, and the weather was perfect. Also I found the bed even more comfortable than other hotels like APA or Sosetsu Gran Fresa. I must also highlight the AMAZING help from the staff working there. I only know a few words in Japanese, but everyone was super warm and helpful even when asking simple questions or small chat in English. The best!

Tucked into a little side street but walking distance to the lake and all the things around it. The view was amazing and unobstructed from room D. Loved the space and the tent itself was large with a great big bed made up of 4 singles! The spa/ cold/ sauna was great and the cooking facilities in the room - bbq, microwave etc would be great if you came for a week long stay with friends. We didn’t use it but the fire pit at night when it’s a bit cooler weather would also make for a nice stay.
