For my needs and expectations, everything was fulfilled, even beyond the measure and initial expectations. The location of the campsite is great, right next to a river full of life (hippo, crocodile, lots of birds and Dik-Dik antelope right in the campsite, ...). The camp staff is just as wonderful as the food offerings. Comfort and equipment in the tent are more than enough for me. The possibility to charge the batteries and even the reach of the wifi signal, which is otherwise only available in the common areas of the camp. The campsite is very close to the Talek entrance gate, so it's really just a short off-road drive to the Masai Mara reserve. No more than 2-3 minutes. Drinking water is available all day and you can take it in your own bottles, even for a day-long game drive expedition. That is a very nice offer. Likewise, the attitude of Mustafa, the owner of the campsite, is very great! I definitely recommend this campsite and I definitely want to come back to it again in the future. However, what could definitely be improved is the stability of the power supply, which is apparently powered by an external generator and has been switching off/dropping quite often. And every morning it turned off very early, despite the fact that it was still dark or dim.

Sitting on a shady raised platform facing the Talek river, each luxury tent covers approximately 26sqm and is fitted with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds. It is furnished in the classic style of the grand African safaris; with large four poster beds and reproduction furniture, offset by modern en-suite bathroom with a hot shower; flush toilets and all the necessary amenities. from start to finish, Mara intrepids was a beautiful magical experience! this was in large part due to our amazing game drivers, Joab and Mark. They were perfect pair who complemented each other - Joab is the most experienced and knowledgeable driver we could have asked for, and Mark is currently training but you wouldn’t be able to tell - his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion is so clear for all to see. They made an amazing team who were lucky to form a family with for 5 days and see such incredible moments. everyone at reception - daisy and Cecilia- were amazing and so helpful. We can’t wait to go back and for anyone going we can’t recommend Intrepids enough - and request Joab and Mark!

Super location with tents spaced out between private winding paths on a hill with a view. Dining area with fireplace and washroom. Tents with washroom also. Great dinner was an added bonus. This was super for a group of work colleagues visiting the park.

Kobe Mara was an amazing find from all the places to stay! From the very first email with Lea to Sammy and the team at the camp including our game drive guides, which we booked directly via Kobe Mara - again, a huge ASANTE SANA for making our Masaai Mara trip so memorable! The place is just utterly beautiful! Seeing a zebra, and giraffes right from our tent was such a wondrous experience. All the details of the tent were highly appreciated as well! It felt like being in a movie… Furthermore, the food - especially the fish on a bed of spinach cream and side of mash… It all tasted like “coming home”. You do have your own kitchen too if you prefer. The team on site are always there to help if anything. Easily one of our top favourite stays ever - Highly recommended! <3

All the pictures on booking.com, their website & on social media could not do Enkusero Mara justice, we could not fault any part of our stay. More so William, Amos, Bise, Alex & Dominic made us feel at home the moment we were picked up from the airstrip. The food was absolutely divine, our bedrooms were beautiful & the game drives were out of this world, we saw everything & more. We wish we could have extended our stay, but we will most definitely be back. Thank you so much Enkusero family, we miss you all already!
