Loved the laid back atmosphere and great service. Great to have Anaya as a sister location which gave additional choice. Ann and the staff were fantastic - you only had to think of something and it was done. Location was perfect with the shade of the trees if required. We had a Jungle room which was close to the reception and was perfect. Would love to try one of the tents next time!

What a paradise after a 45 min hike. We had the ocean-view tent which was literally a few steps from the beach. Felt so peaceful to sleep with the sound of the waves. The hosts are super approachable. They have limited food menus but HANDS DOWN, they are the best amongst their neighbours. Woodfire pizza here is by far the best we had in Cambodia. And yes, the sunset view feels like a paradise.

A hidden gem in nature! If you're looking to disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with nature, this eco-stay on Koh Ta Kiev is the perfect escape. Nestled on a quiet, undeveloped island off the coast of Cambodia, the experience is raw, real, and refreshingly simple. Accommodation is under canvas tents set just steps from the beach or tucked into the jungle. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to birdsong was pure magic. The tents are basic but comfortable, with mosquito nets and mats provided. The French couple owning the place were warm, welcoming, and always happy to share stories or help organise island activities. Whether it’s snorkelling in front of the beach or hiking through the forest or simply drinking a cold beer on the deck of the restaurant or swinging in a hammock with a book, this place invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. Highly recommended for adventurous souls, nature lovers, and anyone seeking an off-grid experience with heart.

The place is so natural, it‘s in the process of being built and improved and a spirit of helping to create a lovely place . All inventive ideas are welcomed. Max takes care of everybody kindly and you can rely on him. Take the boat ride with him to Elefant rock and jump the 6m if You dare. There was a storm and the current swept a lot of plastic garbage onto this peaceful beach. The staff offered a free drink for every bag of collected garbage and they cleaned the beach a lot them selves too. Great!

It is owned by a Lovely couple. My friend and I stayed in the tent and it was better than we expected. It really helped that it was on a platform under a roof. We had a fan and outlets in the tent. It was really clean and the bed was confortable. They also have a very good restaurant with amazing local food! Highly reccomend!

An amazing place — our bungalow was just a few meters from the water, and we woke up to a stunning view of the sea. The food was delicious, and the bar had many different cocktails. There are lots of activities on the property and a long sandy beach. I really loved this place and would like to come back again. Definitely recommend.

We, two girls, camped and ate there. We really enjoyed the whole time there and that's why we extended our stay. The place and the staff are just great. Kamaku is a real paradise. I had an amazing experience here. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as unforgettable as possible. The dorm is very nice, the beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Sunset Beach is the perfect place if you are looking to avoid the crowds and have a nice, relaxing time. It is a small beach where you get to after a 30-minute hike from Saracen Beach where the Ferry drops you off. Someone in Saracen Beach tried to discourage me from doing the hike and painted it as if it was a very difficult trek but it truly is not. The people from the other hostels on the beach are incredible as well and it has this sense of community that not many places have nowadays. You will definitely not regret visiting Sunset Beach and staying in Kamaku.
