This was such an amazing experience and the best thing we did in Sri Lanka, and also the breakfast and dinner cooked there was the tastiest food we had in Sri Lanka. The hosts are so attentive and the place is really beautiful. If you love camping and want a couple of days escape DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS. I cannot recommend enough.

We really enjoyed the experience, the hotel is 20min from the center of Ella, and its amazing to be a bit outside of the crowded city. Perfect for relax and disconect and enjoy also the activities of Ella. We will come again for sure. The personal like Gavan were really helpful and kind!!!

If you come to Ella, you must stay at Tunnel Gap Homestay ! Everything was great!! Sudha and her family are amazing poeple who will stay forever in our hearts. We stayed at Tunnel Gap Homestay for 4 nights and we were very happy. Everything is clean, the place is at a 5min walk to the main street with all the restaurants, shops and bars.
