Es war wirklich perfekt, der Gastgeber bot mir sogar an mich abzuholen, weil ich als Backpacker zu Fuß unterwegs war und die Waipu Caves besucht hatte. Die Ecke ist aber auch schön zu laufen, sodass ich verzichtete. Angekommen hatte man ein sehr familiäres Gefühl, die Thunderdomes waren wirklich ein Erlebnis mit viel Outdoor Charme. Ich konnte mich von meiner langen Wanderung perfekt erholen, am nächsten Morgen wurde ich nach Waipu mitgenommen. Wünsche der Familie alles Gute! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Unser „Land Host“ war sehr freundlich und die Agentur „Stay away“ hatte vorab ausführliche Check in Anweisungen mit vielen Informationen bereitgestellt. Da ein Sturm mit starken Regenfällen vorausgesagt war, wurde uns sogar angeboten in einer anderen Festgebauten Wohnung zu übernachten. Wir freuten uns jedoch auf unseren ersten Aufenthalt auf unserer Reise und in einem tiny house.
