Featuring free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a bidet. We were very pleased by the accomodation. We had very friendly contact with jassim before our stay and while we were there. The tents are very (!) clean and can be compared to hotel rooms. They even have a small, but also very clean bathroom with water closets. In the main building there is a small pool and the tables for dinner and breakfast - we booked both of it and were very surprised bei the selection. For total 8 persons, who stayed at the camp at this time, a big buffet was freshly cooked and it was very delicious. When we arrived we decided to jump into the pool and sit outside afterwards - immediately we got served some tea and cookies from the very friendly camp staff. After dinner we got invited to some tea at the campfire as well - that was very nice. We cannot say anything negative about our stay and can highly recommend it to everybody.

I had a wonderful night at Moonlight Luxury Camp. The tents were clean, everyone was very friendly, the sunset was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even a bonfire party! Special thanks to my buddy Yasuo for driving me back to Bidiyah and letting me experience the thrill of driving in the desert!

It was a real adventure in the sands! We stayed in an amazing house in the heart of the desert - clean, cozy, cool thanks to the air conditioning, and around there is silence and endless dunes. Everything here is done with soul. The owner is an incredibly kind and attentive person, as is his entire team. We were greeted like old friends. Breakfasts and dinners are a separate story. Each meal was like a small holiday: aromatic dishes, a wide choice and amazing taste! Unexpectedly for the desert - but here the cuisine is at the level of the best restaurants. And also activities: riding on the dunes, sunset walks, stars above your head, as if from another reality. This place gives not just comfort, but emotions and memories for a lifetime. Thank you for this magic in the desert!

Our stay at Royal Desert Camp was fantastic! The host and staff were wonderful, taking excellent care of all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset trip and the campfire under the starry night, as well as the delicious Omani Quroos for breakfast. I would love to visit again someday, inshallah!

We stayed for two nights and were so glad we did. Saeed and his brothers took such good care of us. From the pick up to the activities and the dinner, it was all great! We specifically liked the tours and the friendliness of all the hosts. We cannot recommend it enough!

The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

I never imagined the experience would be so fulfilling. Staying in the desert is more than just an adventure – it’s about surrendering to the vastness of the dunes, the purest silence, the countless stars, and above all, the hospitality and vision of the young entrepreneur, Ali. His camp, Thousand Stars Desert, is simply a ten out of ten. Located deep within the Wahiba (Sharqiya) Sands, surrounded by untouched dunes, it offers only two fully equipped tents, which makes the experience truly exclusive. The fact that there are only two rooms transforms the place into something unique and deeply personal. I can’t imagine traveling all the way to the desert to be surrounded by tourists. Here, it’s just you – alone with the desert, or perhaps sharing it with one other lucky guest. My tent had a huge, incredibly comfortable double bed – as good as, or even better than, any five-star hotel. The interior felt completely cozy and inviting. At night, the temperature drops, but Ali has thought of everything: the bedding is perfect, and nothing is missing. The bathroom is just a few steps away, fully equipped and spotless – shower, toilet, bidet, mirror, toiletries – everything works perfectly. You genuinely feel at home, and then you realize: I’m in the middle of an immense desert! Next to the tent, there’s a raised platform – a sort of private viewpoint – with soft mattresses and cushions where you can lie down and watch the end of the sunset. For the beginning of it, you should climb the dunes themselves. The views are breathtaking: you can watch the wind slowly shape the sand, and later, under the night sky, a dazzling display of stars appears in complete clarity. Camels wander nearby, their silhouettes visible on the horizon at sunset or dawn – curious and gentle presences that complete the scene. When night falls, torches are lit throughout the camp, guiding your way.
