The lodge is in a spectacular location with a unique view of the Drakensberg Mountains. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We had a little damage to the car, so they helped us fix it. We are very grateful to them for this. We highly recommend staying here for those who want to spend time in beautiful nature.

The best thing by far was the generosity and friendliness of our hosts. They went above and beyond to make it a happy and comfortable stay for us. It is a beautiful setting, with beautiful views over the rolling hills of the midlands, nice day-walks and simple yet comfortable cabins and communal area. We would come back in a heart beat.

We liked the low key casual approach - Thought the forest/stream hiking trails are extremely well designed and maintained. Whispering waters cabin fine. Liked the fact that the farm has history and it its preserved. Capitalise on it!
