It allowed us two different experiences - one from a short distance while on the road (Kruger) and upclose and personal with the animals (Sabi Sands). The tents were very comfortable, the spread of food provided daily was more than adequate with 3 meals provided a day in the price, the food was absolutely delicious. Langa Langa staff were all extremely kind, happy and hardworking - both in the camp and on safari. Jack, our Langa Langa guide who brought us into Kruger for safaris, and Jurie, our Sabi Sands guide who brought us into Sabi Sands for safaris, both went the extra mile to get us great sightings of the Big 5 (which we did!). We had an absolutely wonderful time at Langa Langa and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. (:

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Really great lodge right next to Kruger. We stayed here only for a night before driving into Kruger the next day, but it was such a good evening. When we arrived we immediately jumped into the refreshing pool and had a chat and a beer with the other people who stayed at the lodge. Then the owners of the lodge prepared an amazing braai for us and we ate together with everyone who stayed there, which was so cozy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a familial vibe and cozy hangout with other travellers.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The location in the middle of the bush. We had the villa which was very clean. The staff were great. The food was amazing, I requested vegetarian which was really good. The waterhole were animals come to drink. We saw all the Big 5 (we did 6 game drives). It felt like a home away from home. Will recommend it to everyone.

Umkumbe Bush Lodge - Luxury Tented Camp is a recently renovated luxury tent in Sabi Sand Game Reserve, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and bar. The property was built in 2021 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The luxury tent also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Amazing people and amazing place! They treat you like family and the food, omg, so good and homemade, best bobotie ever! The bed was very comfy and the facilities in general were great, also having the swimming looking out to wildlife, so nice! Highly recommended, especially staying in Sabi Sands, we got to see so many animals and super close. We will be back for sure. Thank you very much for everything.

Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge.
