Second time staying here as we loved it so much in 2022. It didn't disappoint. Love the spa and pool area. Food is amazing and the staff are great. And the views - there's not many better views from a hotel in the world as there is from here. A third trip will definitely happen.

I had the double room and loved how everything was beautiful and well thought through (it’s the details that matter after all!) amWhile it doesn‘t have a full kitchen, it has all you need to make breakfast (incl. boiling eggs and a toaster). And wine glasses for a relaxed evening on the balcony. I‘m looking forward to my next stay there!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Zugspitz resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The entire hotel is clearly designed with families in mind – everything was spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids, all thoughtfully planned and well-structured. Our children absolutely loved every moment and are already asking when we can go back! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It really made us feel at home. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning – beautiful views and a strong connection to nature added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food – everything was delicious. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. This is truly a special place, where families are genuinely cared for and kids are treated with such love and attention. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return!

The room was modern and had all the amenities I required. Despite the sudden drop in temperatures outside for the time of year the hotel was warm and comforting on the inside. Upon arrival my attention was drawn to the availability of the sauna and that robes etc were available in the room. The dinner was the highlight for me, well presented and of a high quality, there was certainly no need to eat anywhere else. The beer was good too, along with an excellent house white wine. The choice at breakfast was wide and varied and a good selection to suit me which was regularly replenished. The ambience throughout was good. Whilst I did not experience any other facilities in the town, a walk around the centre showed Ehrwald to be an attractive area with a good choice of shops and restaurants. I will certainly be back again and perhaps in the winter season for skiing.

Very convenient accomodation, kind and helpful staff. Large, well equipped room. Breakfast is very good but the pension is a rather small so do not expect wide variety. Zugspitze can be seen both from your balcony or from 360-.viewing terasse. Location is perfect to explore both Zugspitze arena as well more distant castles of Neuschwanstein or LInderhof or historical cities like Fussel (for those driving). Nearby golf course looks nice, did not try though due to tight schedule.
