This was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had as a family. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding — both at the reception and from all the staff members throughout our stay. We were genuinely impressed by how kind, attentive, and thoughtful everyone was. They did absolutely everything they could to make our experience special. It was my husband’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They decorated the dinner table with so much care, brought out the cake we had brought for the occasion with a candle, and even sang happy birthday. They also gifted us a glass of champagne for a lovely toast — such a generous and thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, they constantly made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves. Every request was promptly taken care of, with a smile. The room was wonderful — beautifully decorated, high-quality finishes, an extremely comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower. Everything was tasteful and cozy. The pools were amazing — all heated, which made a big difference since it rained heavily during our stay. Because of the rain, we decided to stay in the hotel the whole time, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We enjoyed the pools a lot, and our daughter had the best time at the Kids Club — it had everything a child could wish for. The food was excellent, and to our surprise, although we had only booked breakfast and dinner, they upgraded us to an all-inclusive stay — free of charge. That was such a pleasant surprise and made everything even more enjoyable. We honestly have nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to come back in the future.

Nice hotel ..nice service really 5 stars service …a bit out of town but a car takes you back and forth whenever you want …

the room was very spacious, little desk, big tv, bathroom was warm and comfortable a nice appraisal to the creativity of the cleaning personnel to fold the duvet. Breakfast one of the best I've had in an hotel, there was everything needed, healthy and plenty of stuff to chose from. I had one simple meal, maybe on the expensive side, but the best schnitzel I've tried in my trip between Austria and Germany. Soft and defiantly cooked with high quality butter, but light. excellent. could not get the chance to tried sauna and pool

Spacious rooms with nice view of mountains. Feels so homey and comfy. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff who understood our situation on the last day and allowed us a late check out for a fee.

- Location : beautiful village, authentic, close to a lot of hikes - Run by a family, very nice and helpful - The pension is a must take, very high quality, menu in 6 courses for a very affordable add-on price (drinks not included) - Breakfast very good as well with a lot of choice - In case of bad weather there is a large area with sauna, hammam, relaxation area, fitness center and swimming pool - Rooms are confortable, nice view on the mountains and the river and very calm = perfect stay, we will come back for sure
