This hotel is so nice we came back after staying last year. The location is perfect with views of the lake. The rooms are clean and functional and the staff are kind and polite. Safe underground motorbike parking can also be arranged.

The lake view room was superb. Plenty of space and luxurious. The hotel is very large with lots of seating and large well tended grounds. We ate at la table. The food was superb. Sat on the outdoor terrace and watched the sunset. The hotel is set high on the hill giving amazing views but if you want to go down into the town there is a free funicular tram or courtesy bus.

Surrounded by private gardens, La Verniaz et ses Chalets is a 17th-century former farmhouse in the heights of Evian with a seasonal private heated pool and tennis court.

Its really a fun hotel. A bit in the style of a chalet, and it has teddy bears every where. The reception was very friendly, it felt like they really enjoyed having you stay. The room and bathroom were good. There was a parking garage next to the hotel, and the hotel itself was located right in the centre of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast too.
