The atmosphere was greate, the personel and the owner of the family hotel were very helpful and kind. I was feeling like at home. I met there the most friendly dog ever - hugs for Dawid❤️‍🩹 I will come back there for sure.

1)Mr Selim the owner is making sure the hotel is run at the highest standard. 2)The private island of San Clemente provides top tranquility and privacy minutes away from the center. 3)Very nice historical church and beautiful lush gardens surround the hotel. 4)The hotel itself is a palace, amazing floor to ceiling height, spacious rooms and suites. 5)Aquarello restaurant is certainly better than the old Buddha bar. 6)Most importantly very good concierge and staff overall.

Salvatore is amazing manager. Beautiful hotel and great lobby. Good location for tourists who travel by car and want to see Venezia. Great breakfast and free parking.

Location is super close to the bus stop but difficult bus does not sell tickets on hand and getting it was quite a hassle. However, we walked 30 mins each way to the train station and could get to Venice easily. Good way to burn all that pasta and pizza calories! The hotel did provide shuttle services from Venice after the NY countdown which was superb. Receptionist was very friendly and the room was clean and warm. Definitely will come back again.

Amazing, beautiful, full of charm

All i can say is that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, gave us map with public transport and made sure we got a breakfast package to go on our last day since we were checkin-out in the middle of the night. Hotel has very nice location in quiet area that has a bus stop two minutes away from where you can easily get to the vaporetto that takes you to the Venice centre and airport. Sandy beach is within the walking distance. Our room was nice and clean, bed was comfy, cleaning service was working every day, in the building was a vending maschine with water and snacks, breakfast had a lot of variaty and was delicious. Overall it was very nice experience and i would definitely come again.
