Hotel is located on the hill with a panoramic view of Funchal. The staff was very helpful. Hotel offers a bus (free of charge) to the city centre. Breakfast was very tasty. I was positively surprised with birthday gift from Hotel! I was not expecting it at all. Thank You!

It's a large hotel (actually 3 hotels on 1 site) and even though it was fully booked, there was still enough space in the garden, the pools and in the restaurants. Nice garden and pools (especially the pool that is half indoor half outdoor). Excellent food for a large hotel with a buffet, one of the best we've ever had. The rooms are large enough and the little kitchen is useful.

Place is on perfect location.. Stuff is super helpful. And apartments are bigger then I expected.
