We loved our staying. The hotel is peculiar in its retro style. I hope that if they ever do a refurbishment they can respect its aesthetics and architecture, the colours, and specially the proportions! The room was huge, with high ceilings contrasting with low beds and a beautiful curtain covering the whole window wall. Outside, the quietness of the pool contrasting with the highway right behind it. Could be a David Hockney painting... The staff was lovely, polite and helpful. The indoor pool was the right size and sunny, with clean towels available. The lavish breakfast can be enjoyed in the large veranda from where you can get a glimpse of the golf course.

: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service at the front desk was exceptional—especially Raphael, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. We stayed in the suite (room 409), and it was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The pool and pool deck were also a highlight: relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and the bathroom was very large with a separate shower and bath tub. I loved the gym which was equipped with the newest TechnoGym workout stations. The property was just beautiful and we took long walks through quiet wooded areas. The spa was fantastic and the front desk immediately arranged for a free transportation anywhere on the property. A very unique and wonderful feature is that one never has to leave the property for world class dining. With two Michelin Star restaurants and several other great options for fine dining or more casual dining, this hotel truly stands out. The staff went beyond their call of duty to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was fantastic. Our room was really big with an exceptionally large and comfortable double bed.. The windows were large and opened which was lovely. They had great blackout curtains for when sleeping. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the Messa Fin restaurant served excellent lunches and dinners at very reasonable prices. The hotel bar is a nice, comfortable place for relaxing in. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room but you can request tea and coffee to be sent to the room and there is no additional charge for this service. The location was good. The train station was very close....about a 5 minute walk and the beach is located the other side of the train station. It's a lovely 15/20 walk into Cascais along the promenade.

Overlooking the sea, the 4-star Vila Galé Cascais is only a few metres from the renowned Cascais Marina and town centre and is the perfect choice for family holidays or business event.

The hotel moves as a single, living organism under the gracious orchestration of Mr. José Diogo, whose natural kindness seems to flow through every corridor and every member of staff. Nothing feels rehearsed; warmth here is unforced, precise, and deeply human. It is comfort made intelligent; every detail correct, from the water’s warmth to the fall of the drapery, down to the coffee at the perfect temperature.
