The staff were friendly and helpful from the security, receptionists to cleaning personnel. They made our stay amazing, always helpful, and easily available. The facilities are very spacious, clean, and more than comfortable for our family of 5. The breakfast was amazing, too, with many options to select from. I wish there was a little children swimming pool. Swimming with children in a deep pool was hard. But we made it work with lots of supervision. We were challenged a bit with the location and access to other places. All I can say is that we finally found the place for our future stays. Our stay was amazing. Thank you

I needed a place with a kitchen since we were travelling with a 1 year old. This place had everything and it was a perfect stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I’d recommend it to all. We were on the 16th floor, so from the balcony we could see the ferris wheel (AIN Dubai), Palm Jumeirah and Burj al Arab.

Breakfast was great except one time we ordered for tea/hot chocolate and it took them forever or they forget, can’t say, probably because the restaurant was so busy that morning but the staffs were all apologetic

Truly one of the best places I visited, I spend most of my time in the room, because it was such a lovely room and I was so comfortable in it, and the in room dining experience was incredible. The staff is exceptional, Mr. Gaurav, The duty manager who helped me with the check-in was very hospitable and very nice and made everything smooth and easy for me.
