The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The location was excellent, with close proximity (by car) to the Wörthersee and private access to a smaller pond/lake directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are massive, comfortable and super clean. Furthermore, all of the staff were very friendly during our stay. The breakfast buffet was not extensive but offered everything we needed and exceeded my expectations, especially considering the cost.
