Inauguré il y a 150 ans, l’Boutique Hotel Balm est un établissement à la gestion familiale installé dans une banlieue verdoyante de Lucerne. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

Everything was great. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and showed us how things work when we arrived. They also prepared simple freebies and snacks. The home is situated in a hillside, so we had views of the town below. The home was comfortable for us and had all the amenities we needed for the stay. My daughter especially loved the flowers in the garden. We also visited the ruins nearby in a leisurely afternoon stroll.

It was fantastic. Close to everything and was a really nice place to stay. The staff there were fantastic and helped us out with the washer and dryer to make sure we knew how to use them as well we’re very friendly and kind. Christian and was also fantastic with the information he was sending out and was a great host. The apartment we had #1 was excellent and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. This place is a 10/10. A great place to stay
