Intimate and clean. Rooms were beautiful. You could tell there was a lot of intention in the design of the resort.

Homm Laguna Bintan is nestled along a private beach on Tanjong Said Bay overlooking South China Sea. It offers water sports facilities at its marine centre. Great hotel in Bintan resorts, our room was located right near the beach. The are 3 hotels on the beach, we used the facilities of Cassia and Banyan tree also. Room was clean, large, breakfast was good, for lunch and dinner we used Vista in Cassia where we also played table tennis, football and pool billiard during waiting for our order.

Het Nirwana Resort Hotel op het eiland Bintan beschikt over een overloopzwembad met uitzicht op zee en een compleet spa- en fitnesscentrum. De kamers bieden uitzicht op zee, het zwembad en de tuin. Both pool and beach were amazing. The resort has many restaurants and hosts all of the activities one can imagine. We really liked the tour we did by renting a driver for a couple of hours and going outside of the resort area to see the real Bintan (Vihara Guan ti Gong and a small fishermen's village). Also, the staff always had a smile on their face and were ready to help in any way possible.

Indra Maya Pool Villas ligt in Nirvana Gardens en biedt luxe en moderne villa's met een eigen ingang en een eigen zwembad. Het resort biedt massages en een 24-uursreceptie. It was exceptional, a beautiful well-appointed villa in a gorgeous location. The villa was really spacious with three indoor & one outdoor bathrooms. It was extremely clean and plenty of towels were provided. The infinity pool afforded a great view over the bay and there were plenty of seating options provided. The villas sit within the wider Norway’s Gardens resort, which is actually made up of five separate properties, so we could choose to eat at any of the resort’s restaurants. The food was good, mainly what you’d expect at a resort (buffet breakfast, sandwiches & salads for lunch) but there were plenty of Indonesian options and the Spice restaurant (Indian) was delicious. We loved the over-water bar & its cocktail selection & friendly bartender. A golf buggy is provided for the villa which was really handy (it would be a lot of walking if you didn’t have it) and which my late-teenage boys loved. There was a huge range of activities if you wanted to be active - we jet-skied, played ten pin bowling, did archery and target shooting, released baby endangered Hawksbill turtles. The resort is set in lush jungle and gardens and we enjoyed views of the wildlife (monkeys, bats, squirrels & butterflies). The villas exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again.
