De locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum van Ferrara. Dankzij de beveiligde parkeer plaats (15€ per nacht) konden we de auto makkelijk parkeren. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is niet heel groot maar zeer schoon en er was aan alles gedacht. De badkamer was schoon en modern. In de lobby staat een gemeenschappelijk koelkastje en een water dispenser. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we asked at the bar for aperol spritz to go, and they went and got plastic cups so we could take them to the beach. Everyone in the reception was very friendly and helpful, so were the staff at breakfast. The room was impeccable. Big bathroom, big balcony. Will go back 100%.

Nice cozy and comfortable apartment in the residential part of Ferrara. Good communication with the owner. Generally easy parking, convenient access with a key card. The apartment & hall have a nice design, everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed. The window blinds make the room super dark when closed if you like that. Not a problem for me, but if you want to mostly spend time in the center, just be aware that it's about ~12 min fast walk just to the city walls.
