I love how they have partnered with a local fitness club for gym access - I will remember this for next time and pack gym gear. We arrived late in the evening, the location was perfect and walking distance to a few good choices for dinner (Koi Cambridge!). I loved the 11am checkout - it allowed us to walk around the lake after breakfast, freshen up and check out.

Nous avions un chalet/appartement très bien équipé, confortable, avec une belle terrasse dans un complexe magnifique avec de superbes jardins. L’endroit est très tranquille. Place de parking directement devant l’appartement. Idéalement situé, à 20 minutes du parking pour les départs du Tongariro Alpine Crossing ! Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Nanette is so amazing, and staying here was truly like a dream. She made a terrific, hearty breakfast including fresh bread, eggs, coffee with all options of milk, and even offered vegetarian breakfast options to my vegetarian guest. She readily offered fruit from her fruit tree and fresh smoothies every day. She let us do our laundry for free, moved cars around when we struggled to back out, and offered recommendations for the city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know. Nanette is so sweet and kind, it's truly like staying with family.

We loved everything about our stay! The hosts went above and beyond. Our stay was over Christmas and they had thoughtful touches and additional care to ensure we felt we were right at home. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I have traveled lots and this by far was the best place I have stayed.
