When we got there she welcomed us with warm hugs. The rooms were VERY clean, smelling fresh, everything was a wow. The yard is clean well taken care off. Pool was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay it was even hard to say bye the way we were so comfortable.

They've done everything by themselves and I would immediately hire them as my interior architects :-) - Wonderful garden with great views of the Drakensberg mountains. Bushbabies might even stop by for a visit in the evening! - Possibility to do Safaris right around the corner (Ruan is also a trained guide) - Place to go for wine lovers, Ruan is also a professional in the wine field! - Breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious! We loved the fresh fruits and Musli as well as the delicious Omelettes. Also they prepared dinner just for the two of us and it was a very nice and romantic dinner!

Very decently priced for what it is. You can't go wrong booking this place if it's available. From here we did a full day Kruger park tour, an afternoon sunset safari in a private game reserve and a visit to Jessica the Hippo. Light house keeping is also provided each day.

We tried eating out in town and also had a breakfast during one of our excursions and felt cheated by not getting to dine at Safari Moon. Gourmet breakfast is included and the dinners have several choices & are more than worth adding to your stay…..the genuine gift of hospitality exudes from everyone working there almost feeling like family & treating guests like royalty .
