The guesthouse is highly recommended. It is in a quiet location between the towns of Permet and Tepelena, perfect if you don't like the clutter of Albanian towns. For us it was the perfect stopover from our Albania road trip. The host family is very nice, hospitality is very important. Check-in is flexible as the family live there themselves. There are more than enough parking spaces right outside the door. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very lovingly prepared, almost from their own produce. Even the bread is freshly baked and served. The hosts speak perfect English and are really lovely people. Thank you very much for your hospitality

It was perfect - nice spacious room with everything you may need. It was luxury for a budget traveller. Lovely balcony with beautiful view and even clothes lines! They really have thought of everything. Location also perfect! I wish I would have been able to stay longer :)

We stayed with our family for 2 nights at the Adriatik Guesthouse. We received a very friendly welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The beds were made and both shampoo and shower gel were provided. Breakfast consisted of local specialties prepared by the hostess, complemented by coffee, tea, or organic milk. The hostess was also very willing to offer advice on excursions or local activities. They have a very friendly dog named Bobby. The center of Permet is within walking distance.

We had a marvelous time at the mosaic house. House itself, garden, breakfast, quite location, all was just great. But most of all we appreciated our hosts , such a lovely family. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

The hosts are very nice, they welcomed us and cooked us dinner, and we had some nice talks with their son who happened to visit. Lovely people, nice guesthouse and a great location in nature. We would definitely come back!
