Really friendly hosts who were always happy to help with everything you could ask for. Amazing mountain view and a really nice breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. Plus a super cute dog who demands taxes/pets every time you enter the facilities. Remember to bring cash (Euro or Lek) for the payment as it might be a bit tricky finding a bank that does not take a high commission in Shkodër.

Most lovely and welcoming host I've ever stayed at. Breakfast served in the garden with fresh vegetables, homemade cold cuts, pancakes and jam, as well as eggs from own chicken. Located most central in Shiroka, but quiet at the same time, since tucked away from the main street. Full recommendations, will definitely visit again. Thanks for having us!

Perfect for spending the night in Shkodra and for traveling onward to Valbona/Teth. The rooms are tidy and simple and the owners are so nice. We got help arranging transportation to Valbona and they stored our luggage while we're gone to a fair cost.

This accomodation, the staff, facilities and restaurant was amazing. We had the best stay and I honestly believe we managed to book the best guest house on the river. Everything was brand new, clean, food hygiene was a high priority which we appreciated. We got a free beer on arrival and we were so cared for by the staff. They definitely take pride in their space and that’s evident by comparing Guesthouse Zgiboza to the other guest houses and facilities. The room was so clean, the linen was beautiful and clean and the bathroom was spotless. Would 10000% recommend. We loved the canoes, the fires every night and the sun chairs.

Nicola is such a wonderful and kind person.😊 We had a beautiful time in Shoker because of him. He suggested to us to eat at Puri restaurant, gave to us for free two bicycles so in that way we could explore the city and put us in touch with David, a local guide who recommended non-touristic pleces to go. In that way we discovered Lekbibej where we slept and enjoyed with the locals. Before to leave Shoker at 6 am, Nicola prepared a tasty breakfast for us. Deeply grateful for the experience🙏
