Idilic location by the road to Tepelene and Gjirokaster..Near river and in the middle of fig and olive trees. You can't park near the house there is some few meters away from main building. The room is clean, with nice toalet and shower. The terase between the trees with view on a mountains. You can chill out in a pool in the room is enough towels. We sleep well and in the morning suprise. Excelent and rich breakfast on the tabel. Nice talking with the owner and his family. We'll be back...

It was an amazing experience to stay on the house of Fatmir, Fjona and the little Dardan. I was travelling some time for beautiful places in Albania but I was missing to be in authentic place not touristic and Zhulat was by far the best place I stayed. Suddenly I was part of the family, they prepared a great meal with most of the ingredients coming from their garden. The room was very comfortable and clean. The surroundings were so special, in the middle of beautiful mountains with a river very close by.

The guesthouse is highly recommended. It is in a quiet location between the towns of Permet and Tepelena, perfect if you don't like the clutter of Albanian towns. For us it was the perfect stopover from our Albania road trip. The host family is very nice, hospitality is very important. Check-in is flexible as the family live there themselves. There are more than enough parking spaces right outside the door. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very lovingly prepared, almost from their own produce. Even the bread is freshly baked and served. The hosts speak perfect English and are really lovely people. Thank you very much for your hospitality
