We were really happy here. The very nice hosts prepared an excellent dinner for us in a very short time, although we had not made an appointment in advance. It was perhaps our best dinner in 2 weeks in Armenia. Breakfast was good as well.

When I asked Gevorg for help, he went above and beyond to assist me. He took me to all the nearby offices until we finally found one that was open. I really liked my stay in this guest house. Lilia and her family were kind and hospitable people. The room was comfy, clean and the bathroom was always clean. It is just 5 mins away from the metro, so easy to go to the center of the city. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep. The wifi was fast as well.
