Buna guest house is gorgeous! The rooms have been thoughtfully decorated with modern but cosy decor. The shower was amazing and the use of a kitchen an added bonus. The games room was great for our son, and I enjoyed doing a jigsaw puzzle while escaping the freezing temperatures outside. Lianna was the most friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended

This house is full of love. When you enter it, you will realize that the owner of this house is someone who appreciates everything. The residence is very quiet and peaceful and sometimes you may hear the soothing sound of the owner playing the piano. I recommend everyone to stay in this residence even for one night. Everything is very clean both inside and outside the room. There is a bathroom in each room and the facilities inside will surprise you. They even have skin scrubs and shampoos for all types of hair. There is a small kitchen in the room with tea and coffee, sugar and fresh fruits. There is a tea and coffee maker in the room. There is a hairdryer and towels and extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, conditioner, makeup remover, toothpicks, ear buds, micellar water in the room. The owners are very hospitable and warm-hearted and their behavior is very respectful. If they read this message, I would like to thank them again for the good experience they made for us.

Our stay in Armenia was made memorable thanks to Arus, David, and their daughter. They are incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Arus, in particular, was very caring and attentive, she greeted us with tea and sweets. Everything in the house was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the room spacious and bright. There's also a cosy shared kitchen with everything you might need. The location is excellent, close to the train station and a short walk to the center, in a peaceful street. They also offered breakfast and laundry service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

the owner paied attention to every detail when he designed and equipped the rooms and the house, it is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, cares about guests, and does a good job in keeping the house clean and make you feel like at home, or even better. We stayed at G&S Guest house for 1 night. The place is located in a quite neighbourhood which is just a 5 minute walk to the city centre and square. Lots of authentic dining places withIn walking distance. The Hostess is a gracious armenian lady and always smiling and ready to help. Her daughter speaks English and helped us make the most of our stay by telling us all about the places of interest and even helping us get a cab to Dilijan at the best price. I must mention that the garden area is blooming with beautiful roses.
