Cozy house not far from touristic places. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are some additional places in the house - some places to seat and spend time. Will stay here again if I'll visit Gyumri another time.

Excellent place! The owners of the guesthouse were very kind and caring. Our room was very clean and cozy. There was also a courtyard with a beautiful balcony with an old Armenian flavor where you could sit and enjoy your coffee or tea. Will definitely go there again.

Very received a very warm welcome from the hosts wife and her daughter when we arrived. The room was very spacious and we had access to a shared kitchen. The garden is a little shady oasis and perfect to have delicious breakfast (with homemade jam) or a tea/coffee. The location of the guesthouse is in a quiet residential area and just 5 min walk to the center. But what really makes this guesthouse worth staying at is the amiable family, which takes care of your well being here. We highly recommend.
