The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in early and stay longer. The apartment is very beautiful and clean. It has everything you need and is thoughtful decorated. It's a great place to stay if you’re looking for some peace and quiet or a bit of quality time together.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Soberana. It was clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, modern washroom with lots of hot water. Our room had a lovely view over the Lago Argentino and town of El Calafate. Susana, the host, is wonderful. She's friendly, accommodating and was very helpful with our travel questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great family owned place, very clean and well managed. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. We've stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to Perito Moreno / El Chalten and on a way back.

Wonderful place, lovely staff and great stay. We had 2 dinners there and it was really nice eating there! Very close to the bus station and a short walk to city centre - it was nice though to stay away from the main road. We booked a massage and the lady was really good! Totally recommend this place, thanks!

Good place to stay a few nights in El Calafate. Gabriela at reception was extremely helpful in organizing transfer from airport and buying tickets for bus to El Chalten. Francisco, the taxi driver, will tell the history of El Calafate and make recommendations regarding dinner and how to organize your stay.
