The room is spacious, it's like a one bedroom apartment. The view from balcony was amazing, the restaurant at the resort was good, the location of the resort where the reception is, is an amazing location which is at the back of the lake surrounded by mountains on all sides 😊

Everything perfect!! Franz who works there was so wonderful, sweet and helpful! I got a free upgrade which was soo amazing with a beautiful view! It was a really cute, comfortable room and shared bathrooms were super clean and nice. It’s right in the center so close to everything in this fairytale village. Had delicious cake and cappuccino for breakfast which was another sweet compliment from Franz! It was the best end to this perfect stay!

We really loved our short stay at Landhaus Fay! The place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe — the rooms are super cute and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a really nice selection considering it’s a small B&B. Mark was so friendly and helpful, and even though we arrived quite late, he still made check-in easy for us. Mark and Nicky also sent us clear directions to find the B&B, which was super helpful — definitely recommend using Google Maps, as Waze got a bit confused! Honestly, it’s a shame we only stayed one night — we’d happily come back for a longer visit next time!

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment. Standalone kitchen, 2 separate bed rooms with nice bathroom. Local host was very friendly and communicative. Haus is near the main road - everything s near if you have a car - grocery store, ski resorts, thermal baths.

A very cozy place with a great location. We were hoping to have a view to the lake but all the rooms were already booked. Nevertheless, the room was very warm, comfortable and had a bit of a mountain view. It made our trip to Hallstatt feel great and special
