All staff members were extremely friendly, greeted me warmly and provided a lot of information on the possible activities. The room exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. The garden is very peaceful, and allows for moments of relax especially after long hikes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with several choices available for all tastes. Highly recommended!

everything was great! rooms are spacious, there are many saunas and the staff is very nice. We got sick and couldn’t come on the date we had reservation on and they gave us new (upgraded) room free of additional charge on later day.

The apartment is less then 10mins driving from the Turracher ski pist and to the Bad Kleinkirchen. The owner is really helpgul and flexible. The rooms are clean, well equiped. There is a small supermarket on the downstairs, but the Billa is 2mins driving far away. Thanks!

It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.
