Big buffet, a lot to chose from. Everything was freshly made. We arrived after walking up the hills to check in. We we're tired and the person at the desk offered us a drink right away. He also moved his own car so we could park our car there later in the evening. He really made our day!

I recently spent two nights at this charming hotel in Mutters, Austria, just a 30-minute cable train ride from Innsbruck. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains—truly a cozy retreat for a solo traveler. They accommodated my gluten-free needs at breakfast, providing me with bread, which was a nice touch, though the continental breakfast itself was just okay. While I was slightly disappointed by the fitness facility, which had only basic equipment (a treadmill, elliptical, yoga ball, and a single weight machine), I wasn't there primarily for exercise. If you're looking for a solid workout, I recommend checking out a fitness studio in Innsbruck or enjoying outdoor activities instead. Overall, this hotel offers a charming and relaxing experience, and I’d recommend it for anyone seeking tranquility away from the city hustle!

Wonderful family hotel. Clean and comfortable room with an extra small bedroom for our teen, which made all of us very happy :) Beautiful hotel interior design. Amazing authentic restaurant. Delicious food. Nice trails for hiking. We really enjoyed nice mountain view as well as view on small family farm with cows and one cute donkey. We'll be back because it's not easy to find a place like that.

We stayed overnight in this beautiful "Gasthof" on our way back from Italy. The rooms were super nice, clean and with plenty of space. The Eppensteiner family was very welcoming and made sure we had everything -- even a great dinner and an equally great breakfast.

Amazing stay in an excellent hotel. The hotel is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Alps. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and cool enough even without air conditioning (in July). Breakfast was free, and delicious. The best thing was the outdoor pool - so lovely to go for a refreshing dip after being out hiking in the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving numerous dinner and hiking recommendations. Another excellent aspect was access to a free bus into Innsbruck, stopping just outside the hotel, every 30 mins. It meant the best of both worlds - being able to get into town easily, but also having the beautiful countryside and outdoor pool!
