Super and quiet location in a small town, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Very clean and comfortable, practically furbished apartment, with the owners living in the same building. Michaela was a wonderful host. The Hintertux glacier is a 30 min drive from here.

The family-run Scheulinghof is a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Mayrhofen and the Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn cable cars. It features a sauna and an infrared cabin.

Very friendly and helpful host. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a various selection of cold buffet allthough I preferred some warm options. Graet location: very close to the ski cable cars and close to the restaurants for dinner. Enough room for parking. Comfortabel ski's and boot's drying facilities. Excellent sauna area. I would happily visit again.

It was our third family vacation – and my eighth time – in the area, and this accommodation turned out to be the best we’ve experienced so far. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and modern. Its location is perfect, right in the heart of Zillertal, close to cable cars, sights, and hiking trails. The staff was very welcoming and always responsive. We also appreciated that the place is pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our two dogs along. We stayed for two weeks and especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna in the evenings.

Nice room, a bit small, but we were in a group of 3, probably for 2 people it would have been a perfect size. Cozy tirol-style interior with a great newly renovated bathroom. Great mattresses and bedding, the duvet was literally the best. Really warm room, would even say sometimes too warm. Perfect water quality: experienced improvements in the skin/hair condition, that was an unexpected benefit of this accommodation. The landlady was friendly enough, there were so many comments about rude administration, but maybe other people expected something extraordinary, for us everything was quite accommodating: we requested late check-in and needed the property to receive the package with skiing equipment — all of these landlady helped us with really easily. The breakfast was not very diverse, but there was more than enough food to be left full before skiing. Bread options, eggs, waffles, cakes — typical for that kind of accommodation. Adorable cat :)

Amazing staff, so kind and ready to help. Great location close to the train station and ski bus stop, also 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Ski room with boots dryer and restaurant downstairs.

I must admit that this accommodation was just perfect for our needs. We wanted to be in Mayrhofen with great access to mountains and also city center. Breakfasts were perfect with selection of broad variety of food. We used also small swimming pool and sauna which were perfect relax after all day in the mountains.

Pension Waldegg enjoys a quiet location at the edge of the forest in Hippach in the Ziller Valley, a 5-minute drive or ski bus ride from the Penken Ski Area. Free WiFi is available.
