The room was comfortable and quiet, even though the hotel is located at a street intersection. It's close to Pilgramgasse metro station which takes you directly to the centre of old Vienna. There's coffee and tea available in the "breakfast" room.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Very clean and spacy room, bathroom also spacy and fully equipped. Polite personel helping on every aspect of our stay. Very quiet and nice neighborhood away from the noisy city center, but easily accessible with multiple transportation lines with stops near the pension. Reach breakfast for every taste. Nice garden.

The service was amazing!! The owner called me to explain about the check in and about how to find the luggage room. He even helped me with my luggage and showed me the room when I got to the hotel, even though it was late (11PM). The room has everything you need, and is clean.

Right by the metro and bus stops, had a very nice breakfast area with a fully-stocked espresso machine. Staff/owner are very friendly and make sure that you have everything you need. Very clean room and quite spacious. Area has a selection of great Austrian restaurants (try out Salzberg for authentic options) and a bakery down the street.

The hotel and hotel staff is very nice. Location of the hotel is very central, big supermarket is just next to main entrance door of the hotel building. Hotel is very close to metro stations and there is a famous shopping street just 1 minute walk to hotel building. Hotel location is walking distance to almost all must see places. All hotel staff are very helpful and good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and bathtub is very useful and clean. Hot water never finishes. The internet speed is very good. The breakfast is open buffet, very delicious and amazing.
