Needed a room for a sleep over as landed late in Burgas, and wanting to rest up before onward travel. Owners were amazing, I was late in, but they were very helpful. Room was super clean, and fresh. Perfect for my needs. Very comfortable bed, and only short distance from the airport. Speaking little Bulgarian was not an issue, as they spoke English. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Although refreshments are not included, The hosts went out and got me a morning coffee and some fruit. Would use again. Highly recommended!!

I was in room #4 (blue room with a balcony). The room was very clean, didn't smell like smoke at all, had a window that can be open for fresh air in the room, bathroom and balcony. The bed was super comfortable. Room has A/C, smart TV, wifi,.toiletries, extra towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, iron, hair fan.. everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Also, two water bottles, coffee, tea were provided as well. I am surprised the price was so low. Such a good value and right in the center. I would stay here again next time I am in Burgas.

The host was very very nice. The place was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Location is also great - by the rocks of Sozopol Old Town but on a quiet and cozy street. I highly recommend it!

Great property ideally located for the local beach, restaurants and amenities all of which were just a short walk away. The owner was very friendly and was helpful with suggestions of places to visit in the local area. The room was an ideal size, very well finished and with plenty of space. The local beech is ideal for families with young children due to the calm and shallow sea. The accomodation and Sveti Vlas are ideally located for convenient day trips along the coast to other places of interest, such as Nessebar, Sozopol and Burgas.
