The staff were all great. The staff were all very friendly. This was my first time in Serra do Cipó and the staff gave me helpful directions and valuable advice to find my way around the city and the nearby waterfalls. They also gave me advice in regard to catching the bus back to Belo Horizonte. They also provided an impressive array of options for breakfast, including eggs, cakes, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, juice, fruit and coffee. I felt very pampered. One of the best breakfasts I have experienced. The location is right in the middle of the city. I extended my stay and was there for 3 nights in total. I recommend this to other visitors, especially those visiting Serra do Cipó for the first time.

This is such a nice place. I am a fan. It.is not very luxurious, but it has peace, hospitality, care for detail. An oasis, a paradise. OK, there is no air conditioning, but the rooms are large and well vented. The nights are cool enough to sleep well. There is a little fridge in the room, the electric shower is well mounted and provides sufficient water at any temperature. Breakfast is fresh, good quality and wide variety. The garden is like the garden of Eden. So much care and detail. The view on the Grande Pedreira never stops inspiring. The location is great for discovering the Serra. It is just outside the village, providing quietness. And still: restaurants with very nice grilled picanhas and supermarkets all are within 5 minutes driving. I love the hosts. It shows they provide hospitality with their hearts. Reception, breakfast, cafézinho. Ótimo.

Amazing place! Very central location, the room was exactly as advertised, the pool was also very good. The breakfast was a highlight, with local dishes. And the personal was extremely kind and attentious. I can just recomend this place.
