It was simply amazing, in one word: perfect! Alexa is taking care of her guests in a perfect way. The whole location is super clean. There is a adorable Osteria at 50m walk with very good food for a reasonable price. Location is fantastic. We would go back with pleasure if we are in the region again. The location was perfect, within a short walk the center can be reached and the bus station is just in front of the building. Few stations away from there you can find the cable car taking you to the mountain. The host is friendly and willing to help. The check-in is easy and can be done at any time. The room was ready and prepared in advance. The view from the room is magnificient viewing at the the whole city and lake. The room is well equiped with more than expected. Absolutely a good value for price!

Fantastic place to stay with a nice big room and balcony overlooking the lake. Convenient parking right out the front. Very friendly hosts and staff and great breakfast.
