The staff (most likely the owners) were extremely welcoming. Attention to detail and great service. Really good food at the restaurant. The view driving to the hotel as well as at the hotel is breathtaking.

Lovely familiar Guesthouse in a very beautiful and quiet location. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and gave us nice recommendations about hiking tours nearby, easy to reach by car or even by the bus that drives just in front of the house. Oh, and the homemade menu for dinner was delicious every evening.

Warm and clean rooms, beautuful place indoor and outdoor, close to train station, just in front of COOP supermarket, tasty breakfast (many items). We did hiking to Akveduk (about 1.5-2 kilometers from hotel to the bridge), there was no snow in February, almost no people, not crowded at all. We were with 4 years old child. Not too much cartoons on TV, but that was ok, we went outside to make a walk and we had laptop. Wi-Fi is working and free in the hotel. Carpets are everywhere - very warm and cosy. Beautuful view from the window - you could see stars in the night and trains in the darkness, and mountains. Our room was ready at 12:00 (we arrived a bit earlier). We were able to pick up the key in reception.

The staff who awaited us were super nice, polite, and really helpful in everything. The language was not an issue at all. We really remember them very gratefully. Extremely comfortable in a small tiny space but super clean, comfortable bed and nice linen, the room shelves very well arranged, very comfy bed, excellent bathroom facilities table. We did not expect this given the less than positive reviews, thank you! We have made a note of the property and we will come back. :)

The location is outstanding, (an area of natural beauty.) Thomas the Host, was wonderful. We were running later than planned and on arrival he met us at the doors. He even provided a hot meal and a nice cold beer. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. This is one place I wish to return to. Everything was just fantastic.
