Extremely friendly and supportive for guests. Fantastic food at dinner and breakfast. Perfect location for access to cable cars, buses, walks, climbs, cafes.

We were lucky to get an upgrade from the 2 star to the 4 star hotel, so the review is based on that premise. Beautiful view from our balcony with the Matterhorn. We highly recommend the hearty breakfast. Everything is made with love. Fresh and homemade.
