I really loved this place. It's very quiet and peaceful (certainly compared to the hustle and bustle of Medellin). It's a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant in Santa Elena, but that was fine by me. If you want a perfect place to decompress and just relax for a few days, this is definitely it. Carlos was very kind and accommodating, and Juan was very helpful and considerate, as well.

Everything. The warm welcome by the owner Ricardo. The chill vibe amongst the guests. The cleaniness of the space is top notch. the kitchen is not big but fully equipped! I love the little terrace that give a nice view of the street and neighbourhood. Located a few minutes walk from the metro, has lots of restaurant around and I feel very safe walking around in the neighbourhood in the evening by myself. We also went to a very interesting (free) walking tour in the neighbourhood, given by Ricardo, who grew up in this neighbourhood laureles. You could feel the level of attention and intention they have put in running this hostel. I stayed for a week and definitely would recommend and come back!

The accommodation is a nice big house with lots of space. The owners of the property were very generous and accommodating people. The neighborhood was nice and clean, with plenty of services nearby, and for the most part, it felt very safe.
