You pick up the keys from the restaurant in the left corner of the market square, approx 200 metres away. The location could not have been better, inside the old town and also direct access to the castle, Also lovely atmosphere inside and warm ( November I was there)

The staff is very helpful and helpful, speaks excellent German, which greatly facilitates communication. Great quiet location, ten minutes walk to the historic center. Very spacious and convenient private parking. Delicious varied breakfast, comfortable room. We were very satisfied.

Excellent online communication. Perfect location on the edge of town, well centred for easy access to town & parking nearby on foot. Simple online check in & self access PIN code on arrival day for door and lock box with keys along with paid parking passes (if requested.) Pull up front, drop off bags & park nearby (P5-closest at a lower daily rate. Also, excellent view point of the town and castle during the walk downhill.) Spacious room, well organised with closet, mini bar, bath cabinets and under sink drawer. Extremely clean. Electrical outlet, nightstands & reading lamps on both sides of the bed. Very comfortable firm mattress. Quiet. Blackout curtains. Large shower with abundant hot water & rain shower fixture only. Great breakfast spread. Friendly and helpful staff during manned hours.

The hotel is nice. The owner is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel if you decide to go Cesky Krumlov.

This is an awesome place, fully renovated, super clean, very comfortable bed, elegant decor, quiet. I stayed in room 4, it has a view to the tower/castle. Bathroom and shower were nice, clean, well stocked, fantastic water pressure. Nice bedding, clean fresh towels, and a basket of fruits and a complementary bottle of wine were the a huge plus and highly appreciated. Fresh breakfast every morning!!! The service was VERY PERSONALISED, professional, and super friendly. Tatiana & Samuel are FANTASTIC HOSTS! We will be back.
