It was very close to the old city center and was very easy to walk from the train station . As we stepped out from our room , we found ourselves in the middle of the vivid old city. The self check-in was very easy. All the information was given prior to the check-in date. Our room was big enough and very cosy. We could smell the cleanliness and the whole facility and the common area was very usefull and cosy with all the kitchenware and coffee machine. We felt like at home.

Breakfest was simple, but it was enough for us and saved us time, so we could visit one more place before check-out. Cold beverages on the floor and price for the beer were a good surprise.

One of the best places we've ever stayed in. My wife walks with crutches, and we were immediately offered a room with lift access and improved comfort. Thanks to the very welcoming staff. Our room was spotless, featuring comfortable beds and quiet surroundings, providing an unsurpassed stay. A beautiful beer garden was a bonus. Our dog even got a welcome gift!

We liked our host, and she shared memories of her holiday to Scotland ( where we are from) over 20 years ago and had meticulously kept photos and leaflets and other memorabilia from that holiday. Village was beautiful and very clean.

Well-located in the heart of Eltmann, where we found good restaurants for our evening meal and a pleasant conditorei for breakfast, though the Pension would willingly have arranged breakfast for us if we'd asked them to. A quiet location with modern interior decor and good facilities including a drinks fridge with 'honesty box' payment system. We arrived by bike and were able to lock these away securely overnight.
