Everything was amazing except it was hard to find the reception. We had to make many phone calls and the responsible person was n9t at reception as he should be before 6 pm. It took us an hour to get the key to the room.

Good location close to the center, well connected by public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. After booking the room, when I checked my booking at booking.com the website kept suggesting to upgrade to a room with a toilet - which made me wonder whether there is a toilet in the room I booked. Luckily there was :)

Pension Am Park is located in Charlottenburg in Berlin. The guest house is set in a traditional building dating back to 1900 and offers free WiFi access.

There was no breakfast served. The Hotel doesn't even have a reception or front desk officer. Everything was contactless. We simply checked ourselves in at the front door and the key was activated and released.
