The apartment was perfectly suitable for a one-night stay and we would have even stayed longer if we could. The room was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient, situated in a neat and quiet neighborhood. It’s close to a beautiful, impressive church that we might have missed had we gone straight to the beach. At the same time, it’s not far from the main center of Zinnowitz. That means the beach, restaurants, and the Edeka supermarket are all within walking distance, while still allowing you to enjoy a peaceful stay away from the crowds.

They do not speak much of English, but try hard to understand each other. Breakfast was great. And the best - they keep smiling. There is a huge amount of points of interest around, so not much of the time wasted on the nearby beach.

We liked everything about this place. We came by bike, the host was waiting for us and offered us a place where to lock the bikes. Clean and spacious room, nice breakfast. Close to seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. One of the best things was the location — just a short walk to the beach, shops, and the main promenade. It was perfect for enjoying seaside walks and exploring the area without needing a car. The apartment itself was spacious, practical, and very clean. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and handy for sleeping. The wellness area was a great feature, and although we ran out of time to try the billiards table, it was a nice extra to have available. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond our expectations.

We stayed here on the penultimate night of a week-long cycling holiday and we later agreed that this had been our favourite place to stay during the entire holiday. The location right next to the water and bridge is excellent, providing scenic views. There is a kitchen available for guests to use and complementary coffee and tea were provided (with kettle provided). A secure place for the storage of bikes was available, which was a great help to us.
