The staff were very accommodating as we arrived after check-in hours. The staff showed us the room and were very helpful even though there was a challenge with my very limited German and their very limited English. The room was spacious and nicely renovated with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, a nice shower, and double air conditioning units. A bonus was the vending machine with beer and wine outside the room :) The breakfast had a good variety of yoghurt, breads, and cold cuts. The location is great, in the heart of the old quarters of beautiful Quedlinburg.

The property was beautiful not only from outside but also from inside. The piece was big and the spaces well distributed, it was not just a room but quite already an apartment! It had everything there and its cozy decoration was very inviting to stay in the apartment to cook something for two and enjoy a nice romantic meal. The location was ideal, a walking distance from pretty much everything, the train station, the city centre, the supermarket, shops, restaurants etc. we took the breakfast included option and it was delicious,

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience — a castle dating back to 1210, yet everything inside is in excellent condition. The room was spacious, the breakfast was luxurious, and the place itself is absolutely breathtaking.
