It's just a best location you can have in Pärnu. I tell you that as person, who grown up there :) it's right between beach and center of the town (actually you can say it's on the beachside of the center) and in the best possible place - you can walk to beach to iconic Supeluse tänav which is just a chill out paradise ourdays. Bacicaly this guest hows is just a cosy hotel, i would say
