The manager and her husband were excellent and made you feel right at home. The upstairs terrace area was very relaxing with awesome views of the Pyramids. It was mesmerising watching them change colour throughout the day.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We didn't have a mobile phone or Uber app, and staff arranged most of our transfers for us. Also arranged for a driver-guide to take us to the Giza pyramids on our last morning. Incredible view from our room. Rooftop restaurant was wonderful - view, breakfast buffet, dinner menu.

Muhammad made us feel welcome & couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly & very helpful. Excellent view of the pyramids whilst having breakfast.
