The hotel staff was very friendly (even helped us with the error we had on the Valenbisi app), the room was cleaned everyday. Good location near Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, with local restaurants nearby. If we return to Valencia, this will be our first choice.

Room was clean with nice temperature, the beds were comfortable. We really liked the decoration and the colorings of the walls in the rooms and the reception - they create a cozy atmosphere. The room that we stayed in had the "city view. It was very spacious and clean as well. The bathroom was also very big. The staff that helped us were very responsive as well. They also have bag storage for those who need it after their checkout! Excellent place! Would definitely come back!
